  ProductsComplex operational audit
An analysis conducted in your organization should be treated as unique test of usefulness of INGENIUM Program diagnosis of organisation state main processes management systems. The analysis is free of charge. The essential objective of the analysis is an estimation of potential savings that can arise from implementation of the Program. During analysis, INGENIUM specialists, present in your enterprise, are going to use and explain specific tools and present main conclusions. Analysis will be conducted in an open way, what will contribute to better familiarization with INGENIUM conception before implementation project. The analysis is the first phase of collaboration with INGENIUM and it is run in little disturbing way i.e. during the analysis there are no changes in your company and your employees are involved in analytical works in only minimal range.

Indicatory - statistical:
diagnose of existing state on a data recording range with special concern to operational unites and cost centres. Drawing the statistical picture of the company with special emphasis on historic productivity level, trends concerning cost structures and sale dynamic (we take into consideration restructuring programs of Our Clients), cost reduction programs, improvement of information flow and operational level optimalisation. |

System - operational:
on the basis of available documents we create clear schemes of existing management system, and subsequently, using as a basis made observations, studies and analysis in operational areas, we compare theoretical and real data and systems. Overlapping of some functions, duplications, pointless procedures, lack of control mechanisms and lack of system of important ratios and measures are often the underlying factors for improper use of sources (also human), and what is resulting from it - the unnecessary increase of operational costs. The analysis in this field allows to identify employment reserves and what is tied with it - allows to determine the optimal employment level. We are also going to analyse forecasting and planning mechanisms and tools, position crews, a way of balancing of production lines, quality of work parameterisation process and controlling and reporting mechanisms. |

Behavioural:
concerning organisational culture: we examine opinions and views of managerial staff, and their attitudes towards basic organisation's values. We analyse communication and behaviour schemes in conflict situations. At this stage we diagnose also training needs of Your employees and prepare preliminary training schedule. |
