HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?
An analysis is free of charge - we make it at our expense!
An amount of investment in INGENIUM PROGRAM is determined during analysis. Our fee will not exceed 30% of savings identified during analysis..
WHY DO YOU NOT CHARGE FOR ANALYSIS?
At the moment we do not know, if our methodology, known as INGENIUM PROGRAM, can bring you any measurable benefits. To state this the Analysis is needed. We do not find suitable to expect any fee, if we are not fully convinced whether and in what dimension we can help you. After terminating the Analysis we will be able to define a potential that we can activate in our company as well as our fee.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES ANALYSIS TAKE?
We need about two - three calendar weeks to make the Analysis in your company and to prepare a proposal of collaboration.
HOW MANY PEOPLE FROM YOUR COMPANY WILL PARTICIPATE IN ANALYSIS?
You should expect team of 3-5 persons, dependently on the intensity of works.
WHAT PEOPLE WILL BE SENT TO MY COMPANY? WHAT EXPERIENCE DO THEY HAVE? (I WANT TO LOOK AT THEIR CV)
All our specialists graduated from well-known Polish, American, Canadian and German universities, specializing in such fields as: marketing, economics, finance, management, accounting, work organization. After determining the analysis dates, we will define team and with pleasure will present you CVs of members of our team.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MY MANAGERS?
During the Analysis, that takes about two - three weeks, we will take about 3 hours to President and other executive members of Board of Directors. On the first day of our Analysis, we need about 1 hour to meet with this group, to introduce ourselves recognize your expectations. Our final presentation takes about 2 hours.
