An important thing, when we consider relations with employees, is full understanding and collaboration of employees. Incorrectly defined objectives, a lack of possibility of problems identification, habits, stereotypes, negative patterns, natural fear of changes - these things can pose obstacles to preparation and implementation processes. Training program being provided during the project is directed to all employees at managerial posts (foremen, masters, chiefs, managers, directors) and through that it can remove obstacles threatening the implementation, understanding and approval of systems.

Trainings are inherent elements of INGENIUM projects.

We suggest including in trainings program the direct supervisory staff (foremen, masters), the Department Heads, Executive Managers and the Board of Directors. During training meetings, in the stage of designing the current problems are discussed, and subsequently for prepared solutions the theoretical fundaments are presented.

The INGENIUM POLSKA trainings program involves all management levels in Your enterprise, what makes it very extensive and complete. Many topics and exercises are being prepared specially for direct supervisory staff i.e. foremen and masters. These employees have direct influence on cost level, although Our Clients rarely take that into consideration.

We put emphasis on including all managers into training program. Each change in management system or in technology, without support from adequate training program, has slender chance for success. We assure fundamental and complex training of at least one Our Client's employee, during project realisation, in the methodology and ways of acting of INGENIUM. He/she becomes the INGENIUM Program Coordinator.

The outcome of our work is not only quantitative financial results. INGENIUM POLSKA leave the methodology of norms and standards setting and new instruments and procedures helpful in short- and long- term planning. All procedures, instructions, mechanisms and tools worked out during project realisation, there will be transferred to You in the form of book and multimedia materials.
